Stephanie Wang has extensive experience representing PE/VC funds and venture companies on their inbound/outbound investments and restructuring transactions. Stephanie Wang has led a large number of projects encompassing a wide spectrum of industries, including without limitation TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecom), pharmaceuticals and healthcare, education, consumption, enterprise software, and intelligent manufacturing.
