In the area of capital market, Tairan Liu has advised Skyworth Digital, Focus Media, ESR, China Renaissance, Maoyan Entertainment, iBox Technology, YOOZ Technology on legal service of IPO, issuance of bonds and tender offers in onshore and offshore. In the area of private equity, Tairan Liu has advised on investment for several financial institutions such as Sequoia Capital, Warburg Pincus Capital, IDG Capital, GoldenSand Capital, China Renaissance Capital, Vision Plus Capital, as well as on financing for well-known enterprises such as Maoyan Entertainment, Cloudwalk, Neiwai. In the area of M&A, Tairan Liu advised on the acquisition of a well-known semiconductor company by CR Micro, the acquisition of a well-known water resource company by Veolia, and the acquisition of a semiconductor framework company by Intel.
