Tilda Liu is an of counsel of Global Law office and specialized in PE/VC, M&A, FDI, capital markets and general corporate matters, and provides legal services to clients in different industries such as life and science, TMT, auto and manufacturing industries.

Tilda Liu took the lead and/or participated in numbers of PE/VC projects and M&A projects, responsible for transaction structures design, conducting legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing transaction documents, as well as assisting with the closing matters.

Tilda Liu also provided legal advisory services with respect to daily operations of clients, including but not limited to: reviewing commercial contracts, providing services with regard to establishment of onshore/offshore employee stock incentive plans, and advising on clients’ inquiries on legal issues relating to corporate law, labor law, industry laws and regulations.  During her time with Global Law office, Tilda Liu participated in Carsgen Therapeutics (02171 .HK)’s initial public offerings on the main board of the HKEX.

Tilda Liu joined Global Law Office in 2019. Prior to joining Global Law Office, Tilda Liu has worked with a renowned Chinese law firm.
