Ting Chen has participated in the IPOs or re-financing of many Chinese companies, like Lingxiao Pump Co., Ltd. (002884), Tongfei Co., Ltd. (300990), HHC Group Corp (301061), Chaoda Equipment Co., Ltd. (301186), China Resources Microelectronics Limited (688396), China Merchants Expressway Network & Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. (001965), Changhai Co., Ltd. (300196), Tongrun Equipment Co., Ltd.(002150),Kerong Environment Co., LTD. (300152), and also has served as perennial legal counsel for some of the above companies.

Ting Chen has handled dozens of asset-backed securitization projects for companies, like the financial leasing companies, expressway companies, power generation companies, heating companies, property management companies, real estate companies, vehicle (ship) leasing company, private education company, business service company, express company, etc.
