Tingting Yang is specialized in PE/VC and investment fund practice. She has provided legal services for a number of mainstream institutions and funds in the private equity industry in China, and participated in the design, raising and negotiation of the product architecture of a number of private comprehensive funds, project funds, and cooperative funds.

Tingting Yang has rich experience in applying to The Asset Management Association of China for the registration and filing of private investment funds and their management institutions, and has handled more than 40 relevant cases.

Tingting Yang is familiar with the perennial legal advisory services and fund investment business of private fund products. She has participated in a number of fund restructuring, fund liquidation, compliance, management team incentive mechanism design, etc., and has also participated in a number of legal due diligence of invested enterprises and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. She has passed the professional examination of Chinese CPA.
