In the area of structured finance & securitization, Tingting Zhang has provided legal services for financial institutions and non-financial enterprises in issuance of Notes, including CLO, RMBS, CMBS, Credit Card Securitization, NPL, Financial Leasing, Enterprise Asset Securitization, Asset-backed Notes.

In the area of capital markets, Tingting Zhang has participated in several bond issuance, IPO and refinancing projects. Tingting Zhang has also served as long term legal counsel for financial institutions such as Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, rendering legal advices on bond business.

In the area of PE/VC, Tingting Zhang has represented several leading private equity funds in dozens of private equity investment projects.
