Winnie Manman Wang is specialized in the field of intellectual property. Manman has the experience in litigations related to trademark, patent, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition and has handled many IP cases attracting great social attention in the Supreme People’s Court, high courts and intellectual property courts across the country, including 100 typical cases of the fifth anniversary of the establishment of the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People's Court, 50 typical intellectual property cases in Chinese courts in 2023, Summary of Judgments of the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People's Court (2023) Cases, Summary of Judgments of the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People's Court (2022) Cases, Top 10 Typical Cases of Shanghai Intellectual Property Protection in 2022, Top 10 Typical Cases of Chengdu Court Intellectual Property Judicial Protection in 2022, etc. Manman is also dedicated to providing intellectual property and legal services for client’s intellectual property transactions, including IP strategic protection, IP transaction and operation, IP due diligence, IP enforcement and consulting. The book was published by the Intellectual Property Publishing House affiliated with State Intellectual Property Office and listed as one of a few key journals of the Intellectual Property Publishing House in 2018. In addition, Manman also participated in the writing of the 2021-2024 "Investigation Report on Intellectual Property Disputes between Chinese Enterprises in the United States" released by the National Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance Center.
