Winnie Manman Wang is specialized in the field of intellectual property. Manman has the experience in litigations related to trademark, patent, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition and has handled many IP cases attracting great social attention in the Supreme People’s Court, high courts and intellectual property courts across the country. Manman is also dedicated to providing intellectual property and legal services for client’s intellectual property transactions, including IP strategic protection, IP transaction and operation, IP due diligence, IP enforcement and consulting.

The book was published by the Intellectual Property Publishing House affiliated with State Intellectual Property Office and listed as one of a few key journals of the Intellectual Property Publishing House in 2018.
