Mr. Wang is the partner of Global Law office in Beijing.  His main areas of practice are corporate risk management，corporate crisis response ,economic crimes defense , intellectual property rights protection, corporate civil and commercial litigation. Industries in which he has been involved include medicine, data, finance, real estate, media, commercial retail, infrastructure, hi-tech, energy, resources, and telecommunications.

Mr. Wang has adviced and assistance both Chinese and international companies on creation, implementation and maintenance of the corporate compliance programs, including top management policy making, risk assessment review, internal rules drafting, internal seminars and training and follow-up audit, concerning anti-corruption issues.

In the field of intellectual property, he has represented clients in many criminal protection cases involving data and trade secrets and provided legal advice on  risks management in acquisitions and corporate data information.

Mr. Wang has significant criminal trial and appellate experience, as well as significant experience leading compliance investigations and jurisdictional enforcement matters and assisting clients with corporate compliance, especially in the anti-corruption area.
