As an experienced arbitration and litigation attorney having practiced for over 20 years, Xiaofeng Tang is proficient in the laws and regulations, judicial interpretations, and judicial cases that most kinds of commercial disputes may involve. He has acted in nearly 1,000 litigation, the subject matter of the disputes relates to real estate, corporate control, investment, financing and guarantee, commercial trade, and infringement. He represented China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Chengdu Office) in disposing of NPL of billions RMB, acted in a dispute over investment contracts on a Chengdu’s district government’s behalf against Hong Kong Agile Property Holdings Limited, and was retained by a pharmaceutical company in Sichuan to settle the dispute over construction contracts against China Construction First Group Co., Ltd.
Xiaofeng Tang is also good at handling state-owned assets management, corporate compliance, and capital market business. He has been invited to participate in the legislative revision of local laws and regulations in Sichuan Province and Chengdu Municipality, and has successfully led the IPO Project of Chengdu Gas Group Corporation Ltd., the Legal Risk Sorting Project to the entire business process of Chengdu Gas Group Corporation Ltd., and the M&A Project of CR Gas' etc.
