Xiaomin Liu has advised dozens of equity and debt offerings and listing on both domestic and overseas capital markets, including: ChiNext IPOs of Brilliance Technology, Broadex Technologies and Beijing Hezong Science&technology, Hong Kong IPO of Zhongyuan Bank, Sun Car Online Insurance Agency Co., Ltd.(terminated after the hearing), Realway Capital and the Frontage Laboratories, Inc(a spin-off IPO); China Minsheng Bank's domestic and offshore preference shares, CITIC Bank's Offshore bonds and the H-Share “Full Circulation” of Tianjin Tianbao Energy Co., Ltd., Zhaojin Mining Industry Company Limited and Henan Jinma Energy Company Limited.

Xiaomin Liu joined Global Law Office as a partner in 2022. Prior to joining Global, Xiaomin Liu worked with Grandall Law Firm (Beijing), Anjie Law Firm in the areas of capital markets, M&A and corporation.
