Xiaoni Qi had been acting as the person in charge of a first-level corporate bankruptcy administrator institution in Guangdong Province for 15 years. During her practice as the corporate bankruptcy administrator, Xiaoni Qi led nearly 100 bankruptcy liquidation/reorganization/settlement cases successfully, including A-share listed companies, state-owned enterprises, large-sized private enterprises, Sino-foreign joint ventures, foreign-owned enterprises and collective ownership restructuring enterprises, etc.

Xiaoni Qi performed key bankruptcy related cases includes Gionee Communication Ltd. liquidation case, Shengrun Group Co. reorganization case, Xindu Hotel Co. reorganization case, Huasheng Technology reorganization case, Jianhua Vocational College liquidation case, Wanghaiyikang reorganization case, New Era reorganization case, Xunbao reorganization case, Changsha Huifeng reorganization case, Huale Corporation liquidation case, Zhongshan Tianyi Logistics Company settlement case, etc.

Xiaoni Qi has been also acting as a special legal counsel for various assert management companies, security companies and state-owned enterprise, participating in non-performing asset disposal, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring projects.
