Yajing Wang has participated in the IPOs or re-financing of many Chinese companies, like Heilongjiang Publishing & Media, inc. (605577), COFCO Sugar (600737), Tongfei Co., Ltd. (300990), HHC Group Corp (301061), Chaoda Equipment Co., Ltd. (301186), CR MiCRO (688396), CR CHEM-MAT (301090)，Changhai Co., Ltd. (300196), Tongrun Equipment Co., Ltd. (002150), and also has served as perennial legal counsel, general corporate for some of the above companies.

In the area of compliance, Yajing Wang has provided legal service of compliance system establishment and compliance consultancy for many state-owned enterprises，such as SDIC Communications Holding Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Haige Communications Group Incorporated Company, Guangzhou GRG Metrology&Test Co.,Ltd., ect.

Yajing Wang joined Global Law Office in 2020. Prior to joining Global, Yajing Wang worked with Commerce &Finance Law Offices, in the areas of securities, M&A and investment, private equity.
