Yindan Ye is a partner based in our Shanghai office. His main practice areas include litigation, arbitration, and other methods of dispute resolution. He is skilled in handling financial, corporate, and other commercial disputes.
Mr. Ye has rich practical experience. Before joining Global, he had worked in the commercial division of a court in Shanghai for twelve years (2001-2013), and tried more than 3,300 civil, commercial and financial cases, many of which are significant, difficult and novel cases.
Mr. Ye served financial institutions as well as large corporations including China CITIC Bank, Haitong Securities, China Pacific Property & Casualty Insurance, Greenwood Capital, Haiyin Financial Holdings, Haier Electrical Appliance, Yunfeng Group, Jiahuan Concrete, etc.
Mr. Ye joined Global in 2018. Prior to this, he had engaged in judicial work in a court in Shanghai for many years. He was the deputy general manager (being in charge of important affairs) of legal affairs department in a state-owned enterprise in Shanghai from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Ye had also worked in the Young-ben Law Firm, where he practiced in area of dispute resolution.

Mr. Ye has been awarded of the Circular Awards by District Committees and District Governments in 2006, 2011 and 2012, the Third-class merit of the Shanghai High People's Court in 2007; the Second-class merit of the Shanghai High People's Court in 2010; the Case Handlers of the Shanghai High People's Court, the Third-class merit of a District Committee and District Government in 2013.
