Ms. Gui's main practice area are: corporate and investment, bankruptcy and liquidation, banking and finance, labor and employment, and litigation and arbitration.

Ms. Gui's practice in company and investment include foreign investment, company governance structure design, IP protection, foreign
exchange and customs matters, labor and human resource; and her  banking and finance practice are mainly in aircraft finance, vessel financing lease, and project finance for overseas investment in real estate, mineral resources and engineering construction. 

Ms. Gui undertook several procedures for the listed company bankruptcy reorganization and cross-border insolvency, and assisted a Hong Kong listed company complete liquidation restructuring and bring about resumption of trading.

Ms. Gui's practice inlitigation and arbitration focus on international trade dispute resolution, financing lease contract dispute, unfair  competition dispute, collateral dispute, foreigners labor contract dispute.

Ms. Gui joined Global Law Office in 2007.
