Mr. Yongyao Ye is a partner of our Beijing Office. He is specialized in Dispute Resolution, Compliance and Risk, Construction and Real Estate, and Private Client/Wealth Management. Mr. Ye has participated in the investment and mergers and acquisitions projects of several large real estate companies. He has served as a special legal consultant for many state-owned enterprises' construction projects. At the same time, he has provided perennial legal advisory services for many state-owned enterprises, listed companies and Internet enterprises. The industry covers telecommunications, Internet, high-tech, real estate, infrastructure, hotels, media, etc. 

Mr. Ye has extensive experience in dispute resolution. In the process of practicing, he handled a large number of major litigation and arbitration involving disputes in real estate and construction projects, investment and financing fields; major and complex commercial litigation and arbitration such as equity transfer, company cooperation disputes; various types of contract disputes litigation and arbitration; and criminal-civil cross-case, etc.

Mr. Ye joined Global Law Office in 2012. Prior to joining GLO, Mr. Ye has worked in Zhonglun Law Firm for dispute resolution, real estate and project construction business.
