Yuanyuan Gao is an of counsel in Beijing Office of Global Law Office. She is specialized in capital market, M&A and PE/VC and experienced in various industries including energy & resources, logistics, game, pension support, education, TMT and biomedical, etc.

Yuanyuan Gao has advised issuers and underwriters in a number of significant initial public offerings on the HKEX, NASDAQ, NYSE, as well as China domestic stock exchanges, including security offering by Jiangsu Guomao Reducer Co., Ltd. on Shanghai Stock Exchange, Moxian Technologies(Shenzhen) Co Ltd. on NASDAQ, Hubei Chutian Microcredit Co., Ltd. on NYSE, Shanghai Realway Capital Assets Management Co., Ltd. on HKEX, Sun Car Online Insurance Agency Co., Ltd. on HKEX(terminated after the hearing), Frontage Holdings Corporation on HKEX(a spin-off IPO); H-Share “Full Circulation” of Tianjin Tianbao Energy Co., Ltd., Zhaojin Mining Industry Co., Ltd. and Henan Jinma Energy Co., Ltd., etc.

Yuanyuan Gao has advised the leading investment funds such as CICC Capital, Frees Fund and Marathon on numerous of equity investments.

Yuanyuan Gao has also advised for several large stated owned enterprise and TMT companies on daily business, major contracts, domestic and overseas projects, corporate governance, and litigation and arbitration etc.

Yuanyuan Gao joined Global Law Office in 2022. Prior to joining Global, Yuanyuan Gao worked with Grandall Law Firm (Beijing), Anjie Law Firm in the areas of capital markets, M&A.
