Yuanyuan Qian is specialized in dispute resolution and compliance. She has considerable experience in dispute resolution and compliance issues concerning asset management, NPLs disposal, corporate governance and capital market etc.

Before joining Global Law Office, Yuanyuan Qian has worked in an intermediate people’s court in Beijing, the investment banking department of a large joint-stock bank and King & Wood Mallesons. Not only is she familiar with the court’s work process and referee thinking, but also she has a deep understanding of the commercial logic and clients’ demands behind transactions or cases, which enables her to design efficient litigation strategies and transaction plans from clients’ perspective and assist clients to achieve their commercial objectives to the utmost extent.

Yuanyuan Qian has provided legal services in dispute resolution and compliance for commercial banks, trust companies, securities companies, private equity funds and other financial institutions or organizations, as well as entities in hi tech, big data, Internet, medical and other industries.

Yuanyuan Qian joined Global Law Office as a partner in 2021. Prior to joining Global, Yuanyuan Qian worked in an intermediate people’s court in Beijing, the investment banking department of a large joint-stock bank and King & Wood Mallesons in the areas of dispute resolution and compliance.
