Zhihua Zhou is an of counsel of Global Law Office based in Beijing, who has extensive experience representing international and PRC clients in connection with their projects of private equity/venture capital, M&A, foreign direct investment and general corporate matters.  Industries in which she has been involved include TMT, manufacturing, healthcare and pharmaceutical, insurance, energy and resources, tourism, education, entertainment, real estate, retail, etc.

In the area of private equity/venture capital, Zhihua Zhou has advised a number of investors including CICC, CITIC and JD in connection with their investment in both domestic and overseas companies.  Zhihua Zhou also represented many startup companies and their founders with their financing.

In the area of M&A, Zhihua Zhou has assisted multinational companies such as GS group, Hanon group, Panasonic Healthcare, Trustbridge, KKR, MICT (Nasdaq listed company) and DuPont in connection with their projects of share acquisition and asset acquisition in China.

In the area of foreign direct investment, Zhihua Zhou has assisted the incorporation, registration and deregistration of many FIEs.

In addition, Zhihua Zhou also provided legal services for Amazon and Bytedance as a general counsel.
