Zoey Zhang is an of counsel in Beijing office. She specialized in disputes resolution, project construction, real estate, M&A, etc. Zoey has provided services to many well-known domestic and foreign enterprises with respect to dispute resolution and legal consultation.

On behalf of the clients, Zoey has represented hundreds of cases in courts and arbitration committees all around the country in disputes re construction project contracts, equity transfer, housing sales contracts, property lease contracts, contract services, etc.

Zoey also has extensive experience in the area of real estate and construction consultancy services. She has advised many large domestic and overseas companies, including China Resources Land, Xiongan Group, Beijing Airport Construction Project Management Headquarters, CXMT, CRTC, Volvo Automobile, etc.

Zoey’s representative cases mainly include: representing Siemens, in several cases regarding construction contract, technical service contract, special equipment sale and installment disputes, etc; representing Otis in several cases re the sale and installment of the elevator contracts; representing China Resources Land in more than 30 commercial leasing and real estate dispute resolution services. representing listed / company’s founders, investors in disputes over share transfer, repurchasing transaction and VAM under SPA; providing legal opinions / services to many investment and fund companies regarding potential disputes in transaction agreements.

Zoey joined Global Law Office in 2019. Prior to joining Global, she worked in legal department of one China chamber of commerce for import and export in the areas of international trade.
