GLO sponsored the 2014 Sino-Europe BioPartnering (“SEBP”) event, which was successfully held in Shanghai on May 11, 2014. During the one day event, 50 European CEOs, entrepreneurs, representatives from bio-clusters and opinion leaders interacted with 100 local experts from leading companies to discuss collaboration on licensing, distribution, R&D, and investment areas. Our Partner, Alan Zhou and Foreign Counsel, Christoph Koeppel gave a presentation on “Options for Deal Structures with Local Companies” at this event.
