Ms. Bojia ZHAO has recently joined us as a partner of the Securities Department, based in Beijing. Before joining us, Ms. Zhao was a partner of another renowned law firm in China.

Ms. Zhao focuses her practice on onshore and offshore public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and private equity/venture capital investments, with rich experience in the reorganization, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies.
