8 senior partners and lawyers from GLO, including Alex (Chengwei) Liu , Jiuguang Zhao, Qing Ren, Liam (Zheng) Yu, Eric (Jieyi) Chen, Siyi Zhang, Sijing Zhang and Jingxin Zhan, were invited to write the Practical Guidelines for M&A of Listed Companies. The guideline starts from the process, and provides practical guidance for all kinds of problems to be dealt with in the M&A business of listed companies. At the time when the guidelines were published, Wolters and GLO jointly held the seminar. Four senior lawyers from GLO gave a speech to interpret the key contents of the guidelines and conduct in-depth discussions and exchanges.
