Christoph Koeppel advises foreign clients in foreign direct investments in China, in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of foreign-invested enterprises, private equity investment and data related laws. Christoph has gained an impressive experience in advising foreign investors on the acquisitions of equity interests or assets of Chinese companies and in the establishment of joint ventures and wholly foreign owned subsidiary companies in China.

Christoph also assists and advises Chinese companies in regard to their investments and operations in Europe.

Christoph is a member of various professional associations and panels. He regularly publishes articles and participates in conferences and seminars.

In 2007, Christoph started to work for a Swiss law firm in Beijing, first as an attorney-at-law and, starting from 2008 as the Chief Representative of its Beijing office. He joined Global Law Office as an Independent Foreign Law Consultant in 2011.
