- In 2019, represented A+H listed company Jiangxi Copper Company Limited regarding its acquisition of the Canadian Listed Company First Quantum Minerals Ltd. shares with a consideration exceeding USD 1.1 billion
- In 2019, represented the Chinese Investors Consortium led by China Merchants Expressway in its acquisition of the Third Bosphorus Bridge and the Northern Marmara Motorway Project in Istanbul, Turkey (the largest infrastructure M&A transaction in Turkey to date and a landmark cross-border investment by China-based investors in Turkey)
- In 2019, represented A shares listed company Tongding Interconnection to acquire 26.05% shares of NASDAQ listed company UTSI, which made Tongding became the largest shareholder
- In 2018, represented Hubei Sanonda Co., Ltd. (A share and B share company) to acquire all shares of Israel's ADAMA at RMB18.5 billion by shares issuing for asset acquisition, which led to the modification of the 2016 Management Measures for Significant Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies
- In 2017, represented CNAC to acquire all the shares of Syngenta (listed in Switzerland and the U.S.) with a deal value of USD42.6 billion (the largest overseas investment acquisition project among Chinese companies, “Outbound Deal of the Year” by China Law & Practice 2017)
- In 2016, represented Primavera Capital Group and Xiwang Foodstuffs Co., Ltd. to acquire shares of Canada Kerr at USD503 million
- Sinocap acquired global copyright of Cavalia created by founder of Cirque Du Soleil (up the date the largest overseas artist program copyright acquisition project in China)
