Industries in which he has been involved include life science and healthcare, manufacturing, IoT, TMT, Fin-tech and pharmaceutical, etc.
In the field of mergers and acquisitions, Ealing has advised a considerable number of domestic and cross-border M&A, including, Henan Yuneng Holdings Co.,Ltd. In the field of private equity investment & financing, Ealing has represented numerous funds and investors regarding various PE investment, such as China Merchants Capital, CDB Capital, Marathon Venture Partners, CICC Alpha, Hony Capital, etc. Industries in which she has been involved include life science, healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial Internet/IoT, software services/SaaS, cloud computing/big data, robotics, chips and semiconductors, military equipment manufacturing, etc.
In the field of State-owned assets regulatory and Compliance, Ealing has advised a number of SOEs such as Chengdu Gas Group Corporation Ltd., China Resources Microelectronics Limited, Tencent, ByteDance, Sina, Samsung, Nokia, Future Capital, Dongfeng MOTOR Corporation, State Development and Investment Corporation, ect.
