Mr. Guo is a partner of Global Law office based at Beijing. The main practice area of Mr. Guo is Capital Market, M&A, PE/VC, Asset Management and General Corporate. Industries in which he has been involved include energy and resources, real estate, infrastructure, education, advertisement and media, telecom, hi-tech, internet, financial services, big data, entertainment, pharmaceutical and medical services and etc.

In Capital Market, the practice experience of Mr. Guo includes Hongkong listing, US listing, A-Share listing, NEEQ listing and debt offering. Mr. Guo has advised on more than 20 equity and debt offerings in both domestic and oversea capital markets (Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Singapore Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, NEEQ and NASDAQ). Mr. Guo has also led the projects in the listing of Wanda Film (002739 SZ), 361 degree (01361 HK) and Fushouyuan (01448 HK).

In M&A, PE&VC area, Mr. Guo has advised on more than 80 cases representing both investors and the fund-raising companies. Mr. Guo has advised both financial investors and industrial investors. The clients that Mr. Guo has advised includes Wanda Group, Standard Charted, Cinda Group, CDB Capital, Taikang Group, CSAIR Group, JIC Group, Pingan Group, Harvest Inversment, GX Captial, and Goldstone Investment. 

In Asset Management, the main practice area of Mr. Guo includes insurance fund investment, non-performing asset and trust. The clients that Mr. Guo has advised includes Pingan Group, Cinda and Taiping Group.

Mr. Guo joined Global Law Office as a partner in 2017. Prior to joining Global, Mr. Liu worked with Jingtian & Gongcheng and Zhonglun Law firm.
