• Represented the former actual controller of a listed company in its equity transfer dispute with its current controlling shareholder in SAC, with the disputative amount of over RMB 150 million;
• Represented an aviation corporation in the second instance of the dispute over the guarantee contract in the China’s Supreme People's court. The Supreme People’s Court reversed the wrongful judgment and helped the client avoid the losses of nearly RMB 100 million.
