Lucy Luo is the partner of Global Law Office based in Shanghai, specializing in foreign investment, M&A and PE in the past two decades, mainly covering the sectors of real estate, TMT, etc.. Before Global, being the head of corporate department of a leading European firm’s Shanghai office, Lucy focused on providing advisory service to the European clients in the field of FDI, M&A, Compliance in Operation and divestment for more than one decade. Meanwhile she also supported her Chinese clients on their investment in Europe and Latin-America. Prior to that, Lucy Luo served Zhonglun law firm and eBay China as the senior associate and legal counsel.

Lucy Luo has conducted legal advisory services to both multinational companies and Chinese enterprises in the industry of consumer sector, automobile, finance, real estate, pharmaceuticals, sports, TMT, etc., her clients included Mango China, PUIG, FILLMED, Gestamp, Sanok, Haitong Securities, BBVA, Banco Santander, Bank of Shanghai, Bank of Beijing Consumer Finance, Yunan Copper, Grupo Villar Mir, SHK, Caylyle Asia Partners, Longfor, Juste, Mediapro, Laliga, Spanish Telecom, etc..

Lucy Luo joined Global in 2023, prior to that she worked in Shanghai Rep. Office of Garrigues, Zhonglun Law Firm and eBay China as the lawyer and the legal counsel.
