(VNET.O); providing legal services for Tongcheng Travel (00780.HK) in its acquisition of Hainan Yanoda Yuanrong Tourism Industry Co., Ltd. (valued at nearly 2 billion); providing legal services for MBV INTL (01957.HK) in its equity acquisition of Lordan Group Ltd.; and providing legal services for Win Hanverky (03322.HK) in its sale of Champion brand-related assets to Fashion Clothing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., involving compliance with PRC law, etc.  In the areas of PE/VC, Mengwei Qian has been involved in representative projects including: providing legal services as the investor’s lawyer for Shanghai Hanbang Lianhang Laser Technology Co., Ltd.’s nearly 300 million yuan financing project; providing legal services as the investor’s lawyer for Tejin Intelligent’s B-round financing project exceeding 100 million yuan; providing legal services as the investor’s lawyer for V-Capital’s overseas investment in WeDoctor Group; and providing legal services as the company’s lawyer for Sanyou Biopharmaceutical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.’s B-round and B+ financing projects at the tens of millions yuan level, etc.
