Peizhe Sun is the partner of Global Law office and specialized in private equity investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, fund formation and bonds issuance. Industries in which she has been involved include pharmaceutical, Internet, telecom, hi-tech, insurance, financial services, agriculture, media, energy, manufacturing and education, etc.
Peizhe Sun has advised Avistone Biotech(鞍石生物) in financing of Round A (with investment amount of hundreds of millions in US dollars) and Round B (with investment amount of RMB 1 billion); Xuechuan Agriculture, an agricultural company, in its financing; Emventures Fund in the investment in JS Design, a SAAS project; CICC Keyuan Fund in the investment in Yunsheng Intelligence, a drone company; and FreesFund in the investment in the project of Xiaobai Robot, an AI project.
Peizhe Sun has advised Zheyuan Private Securities Investment Fund in its formation; Changjiahui Private Equity Fund as a fund of funds in its investment in Xintongyuan Private Equity Fund; Golden Bull Fund in its formation in Cayman islands; Emventures Fund in its fund formation in China and in Cayman Islands; and CITIC Shenzhen Xinhuantai Fund in its formation and filing.
Peizhe Sun has advised Qi Mei Dental Clinic in financing and equity sale; Xiaomi in acquisition of Zimi; Guo Yuan Times in due diligence on the restructuring of China Resources Coal; Arthrosi in its creation of joint ventures with ApicHope; and Perfect World in acquisition of Yuelong Game.
Peizhe Sun has provided legal services for Road King in its CMBS; and Mediwelcome in its IPO in Hong Kong.
Peizhe Sun has provided legal consulting services for Avistone Biotech, Emventures Fund, Golden Bull, Yitai Group, CITIC Asset Management and China Film Corporation.
