Ruifeng Li has represented numerous domestic and international VC and PE funds in multiple financing transactions, ranging from angel rounds to Pre-IPO stages, as well as domestic and cross-border reorganization projects across various industries and stages. Ruifeng Li has also supported domestic and international startups and renowned enterprises in completing multiple rounds of equity financing and structuring, including cross-border financing projects involving jurisdictions such as the Cayman Islands, the United States, Singapore, Japan and Southeast Asia. In addition, Ruifeng Li has provided legal services to many startups, assisting them with legal issues related to their daily operations and the establishment and implementation of ESOPs. Representative clients advised by Ruifeng Li include enterprises such as Bytedance, Benlai, Yidu Cloud, Airbnb, EF Education, and Firefox, as well as investment institutions such as Miracle Plus, Huagai Capital, Unity Ventures, Source Code Capital, Sequoia Capital, Gaorong Capital, GSR Ventures, TAL and XVC.

Ruifeng Li’s main project experience in the capital markets includes: acting for Quanzhou Huixin Micro-credit Co., Ltd (01577.HK) in its initial public offering on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; acting for Jiangsu Innovative Ecological New Materials Limited (02116.HK) in its initial public offering on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; and acting for Fubon Securities Co., Ltd. Offshore Securities Unit in its dealing with CHI MEI MATERIALS TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION regarding the listing of the GDSs on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
