With a career dedicated to the life sciences and high-tech sectors, she has provided legal counsel to a wide range of clients, including investment institutions and companies at all stage of growth—from early-stage startups to publicly traded corporations.
In the life sciences sector, Ruina’s expertise spans the entire industry spectrum, encompassing areas such as healthcare (including internet hospitals), pharmaceutical research and development, drug manufacturing, pharmaceutical distribution, medical devices and consumables, genetic testing, digital health, and elder care services. In the high-tech sector, her experience extends to semiconductors, chip development and manufacturing, IoT, TMT, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
