Mr. Jin has practiced in foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border technology transfer and other general corporate matters since 1999. Before joining us, Mr. Jin had ten-year experience with leading Korean law firms Bae, Kim & Lee and Lee & Ko and gained extensive experience in representing Korean multinational corporations on their inbound investments and merger and acquisition transactions. The legal services rendered by him typically include, among others, structuring the transactions, conducting due diligence, drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents, issuing legal or advisory opinions.

Mr. Jin has assisted many Korean companies in their investments in China, including industrial giants such as Samsung China, Samsung Semiconductor, SK Hynix, LG International, LG Display, LG Household & Health Care, GS Energy, GS Caltex, Lotte Mart, Orion, Hanon Systems as well as financial investors such as Samsung Ventures, SG Private.
