Shirley Xiang is specialized in capital market (domestic and overseas), private equity investment & financing, M&A, and insurance fund management. Prior to joining Global Law Office, Shirley worked at leading domestic law firms for nearly 10 years and gained extensive experience in restructure, public offerings of Chinese enterprises, organizing and assisting multinational corporations on their domestic and overseas IPO, the acquisition, major restructuring and refinancing of listed companies. Industries in which she has been involved include biomedicine, semiconductor, automobiles, hi-tech equipment manufacturing, etc.

In the field of securities listing, Shirley has represented various clients. The recent passing or listing cases of A-share projects include Zhejiang Yonghe Refrigerant Co., Ltd, Lootom (300555), Hengda Hi-Tech (002591), Hand Enterprise Solutions (300170), Tongda Power (002576), Lifan (601777), LPSK (002333), etc. Overseas listing projects include HK listing of Viva Biotech (01873), secondary offering in HK of China Everbright Water Limited (01857).

In the field of the acquisition, major restructuring and refinancing of listed companies, Shirley has represented numerous projects including Zhongji Equipment (300308) issued shares and raised financing to acquisition of Suzhou Innolight; Hand Enterprise Solutions (300170) made acquisition of Shanghai Damei; VNET acquired 50% equity of Sichuan Aipu; Shanghai Electric Group Company Limited (02727) 's exchange and merging Shanghai Power Transmission & Distribution Co.,Ltd. (600627);

ZTT (600522) 's major restructuring, private offering and convertible bond; Lifan (601777) 's private offering; Shantui (000680) 's private offering; CMIG Jiaye made investment in Yango Group Co.,Ltd (000671) and GUANGDONG KAIPING CHUNHUI CO., LTD. (000976) made non-public offering to purchase 100% equity of Tongda HK.
