Suri Luo is specialized in the areas of banking and finance, capital markets, outbound investment and corporate M&A.

She has extensive experience in banking and financial services, covering general banking business, project financing, syndicated loans, buyer’s credit loans and trade financing and debt restructuring. In the area of project financing, she has participated in financing a number of infrastructure and energy projects by Chinese policy banks, export credit agency, international financial institutions and project companies, involving energy, power plants, mining, toll roads, airports, water plants, bridges and ports.

Suri Luo has also specialized in onshore and offshore bond issuances, and has participated in many milestone Panda Bond and onshore and offshore bonds issued by sovereigns, international development agencies, international and Chinese banks and corporates.

Suri Luo has also provided corporate legal service to large financial institutions and other clients on an annual retainer basis, advising on the legal and regulatory issues in relation to daily operations, material contracts, domestic and overseas investment projects and corporate governance and litigation and arbitration issues.

Suri Luo joined Global Law Office in 2014.
