Mr. Zhuang is specialized in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment & financing as well as capital markets related matters, and represented clients from a wide range of industries, including biomedicine, medical equipment, Internet of Things, real estate, new energy, automobiles, smart manufacturing, semiconductor, entertainment.

In the field of A-share IPO, Mr. Zhuang has led or participated in a number of projects, which include: Jinyi International Cinemas (002905); Jiacheng International Logistics (603535); Eaglerise (002922); Lifotronic (688389); Lucky Harvest (002965), etc.

In the field of acquisition and strategic investment of public companies, Mr. Zhuang has led or participated in a number of projects, which include: represented the acquirer in Zhuhai Da Heng Qin's acquisition of Worldunion (002285); represented Ping An Life Insurance of its acquisition of CFLD (600340); represented Zhao Shang Hui He of its investment in Hodgen Technology (300279), etc.

In the field of major asset restructuring, refinancing, and bond issuance of public companies, Mr. Zhuang has led or participated in a number of projects, which include: the reverse takeover project of Aikosolar (600732); the material assets reorganization of project of Dima Industry (600565); the 2018 public bond issuance project of Gemdale (600383); the 2020 non-public offering of shares project of Aikosolar (600732), etc.

In the field of overseas refinancing and full circulation of H-share enterprises, Mr. Zhuang has led or participated in a number of projects, which include: the first private enterprise to participate in the full circulation of H shares and obtain approval—Weigao Holding (H1066); Weigao Group issue exchangeable bonds overseas, etc.

Mr. Zhuang joined Global Law Office in 2020. Prior to joining Global, Mr. Zhuang worked with Zhong Lun Law Firm.
