Wendy (Yongheng) Wu has been an attorney for nearly 20 years, mainly focusing on the areas of intellectual property, cross-border investment and dispute resolution and providing service to the clients including international luxury brands and some famous enterprises in industries of food, consuming goods and cross-border e-commerce, as well as high-tech enterprises and Fortune 500 companies such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, computer software, electronic products, and semiconductors.

Wendy Wu has a solid legal background, practical legal work experience in the field of intellectual property and can provide services in fluent English. Her practice fields mainly include trademark, trade secret, copyright, domain name, patent, anti-unfair competition rights confirmation, rights protection, dispute resolution, litigation, and is good at providing overall strategic legal advice on IP protection, IP cross-broader transferring and complicated due diligence.
