Wenzhe Jin is a partner of the Korean business team of Global Law Office based in Beijing. Wenzhe Jin focuses his practice on cross-border M&A, commercial dispute resolution and compliance and regulatory.

Wenzhe Jin has extensive experience in cross-border investment and M&A sector. He has advised large and medium-sized Korean enterprises and state-owned enterprises on cross-border investment, M&A and cooperation. Wenzhe Jin has served a number of clients across a wide range of industries and sectors such as energy, real estate, tobacco, IT, food, entertainment, games and medical beauty regarding legal due diligence, business negotiation and consultation, preparation and review of transaction documents, establishment of companies and product launch etc.

Wenzhe Jin has represented various large and medium-sized Korean enterprises in dozens of commercial disputes cases in China. He has also assisted many Chinese enterprises in dealing with several offshore civil and criminal cases.

Wenzhe Jin has provided professional legal service for Embassy of South Korea in China and large domestic Korean enterprises on general corporate, preparation and review of contracts and a variety of compliance and regulatory matters.

Wenzhe Jin joined Global Law Office in 2020. He previously worked in Zhong Lun Law Firm for seven years.
