Yuanyuan Li is a Chengdu-based partner of Global Law Office and specialized in corporate compliance, domestic and cross-border M&A, international trade and dispute resolution. Yuanyuan Li has provided annual legal consultancy services to more than 50 enterprises and institutions.

Yuanyuan Li has advised on a number of domestic and international investment and financing projects, including, inter alia，represented Zhongliang Real Estate in the acquisition of Lanzhou Tianli Education Real Estate; advised on the projects of market-oriented disposal of state-owned assets of government organs and public institutions; assisted Dongfang Turbine as the first batch of central enterprises to pilot the mixed ownership reform; advised on the corporatization and transformation of Sichuan Key Highway Engineering and Supervision Service Institution; advised on bankruptcy reorganization of Sichuan Keheng Mining Group and its subsidiaries; advised on overseas investment of Chinese companies and participated in edition of Investment Guide in India for Chengdu Foreign Legal Services Guide (Overseas Investment Chapter).

Yuanyuan Li has broad experience in various power station construction and plant operation. Yuanyuan Li has been involved in multiple domestic and cross-border construction-related dispute resolutions, including, inter alia，the international arbitration concerning on technology license dispute before Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and recognition and enforcement of the arbitration award; domestic litigation on the bank guarantee for the overseas EPC project before Chengdu Intermediate Court for the purpose of injunction of the payment; assisted a state-owned enterprise to settle the dispute on the construction contract with its foreign partner.

Yuanyuan Li joined Global Law Office in 2024. Prior to joining Global, Yuanyuan Li worked for Dongfang Electric Corporation for 10 years as in-house counsel.
