On June 15, 2014, China Vanke Co., Ltd., the country’s largest property developer by market value, completed its B-share to H-share conversion and listing of the H-shares on the Main Board of HKEx.  CITIC Securities International acted as the sole sponsor for this project. Upon this listing, China Vanke has become the third Chinese company completing the B-share to H-share conversion.
