Jessica Li has practiced law for almost ten years. She specializes in cross-border and domestic M&A, PE/VC, capital market, and general corporate and compliance matters.

Jessica Li has provided legal services for state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, listed companies, institutional investors and startup companies in such industries as healthcare, manufacture, energy, automobile, logistics and TMT (technology, media and telecom).

Jessica Li joined Global Law Office as a counsel in early 2021. Before joining GLO, Jessica Li has worked at two reputable PRC law firms.
