Mr. Sun is a partner based in our Shanghai office. His practice is focused on M&A, PE/VC, FDI, compliance and general corporate.

Mr. Sun has extensive experiences in life science, healthcare and TMT sectors. He is also actively involved in structuring and advising cross-border transactions. Mr. Sun has represented various reputable multinational and domestic companies, investors and PE-backed startups and high-growth business. A short list of his clients include Sanofi, GSK, Bureau Veritas, MSD, Abbott, Tosoh, Societe Generale, Boehringer Ingelheim, Samsung, LG, FocusMedia, VIPShop and Shanghai Pharma. He also advised investment funds such as FountainVest Capital, Navis Capital, NEA, Sequoia Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Qiming Venture Partners, New Alliance Capital. 

Prior to joining us in 2009, Mr. Sun worked at another reputable PRC law firm.
